Classy and Romantic Black White and Gold Stambaugh Auditorium and Waypoint 4180 Wedding

I’m so excited that you are here and wanting to know how you can get the most out of your photos on your wedding day. I have had the pleasure of capturing over a 100 weddings in over 5 years. And being able to have my couples enjoy and take in every moment with their people has been a joy. Also, to get the most out of their wedding photos to have the best intentional full wedding gallery. This is something I keep in mind and help my couples with and I hope you can take something from it for your wedding.

Don’t overthink it

I know that is something hard to do. When you don’t overthink your movements or making sure everything is perfect it will show in your photos. The relaxing and enjoyable time you and new spouse’s are having. That’s why having an engagement session with your wedding photographer is so important. Cause it gives you that intentional time in front of the camera. When you have that relationship with your engagement photographer it will feel like a bestie on the wedding day than a stranger. Wouldn’t you be more comfortable with a friend taking your photos and being involved than someone you just met? Bet you would feel better knowing the person on a friend level. So don’t over think your photos, know to trust that amazing professional photographer you hired to capture not just photos. But photos that are important to YOU.

Make time to enjoy the day

That means giving trust in your professionals that you hired to make sure your day runs smoothly. That also means having wiggle room in areas of the timeline so you can have those moments to enjoy the day. That’s why I always have a zoom call with my couples within 2 months before the wedding. So we can go over your entire photography timeline and what to expect one last time. This is also the time where my couples chat about what they are really looking forward to. And what means so much to them one more time before the wedding. That way when the day comes you will be able to laugh with your gals, hang with your guys, and most importantly chat with family and friends that came to celebrate you two on your special day. When you make time to enjoy the day your photos are gonna reflect that. You will see images that you can only dream of actually coming to life! Be involved and let loose!

Remember the why

Remember that you are there to marry your best friend and that it’s both of your wedding! No one else’s. WhenI I was getting married I only had one thing on my mind and that was wanting to see my soon to be husband. I couldn’t wait to be his wife! I didn’t care that a couple of my tea lights didn’t get turned on or ran out of batteries. All I knew is that I felt amazing and I was marrying my best friend and nothing was gonna get in the way of that! And once we were married I enjoyed the rest of the evening with joy! And it reflected in my images so much!
