When Brianna and Jimmy reached out to me inquiring about their engagement session, I was struck immediately. Literally did a happy dance when she reached out on Instagram. I met these two at their friends wedding in 2021 and now it’s their turn. I knew we would have an absolute blast just by our brief connection at that wedding. But what is most incredible about this pair is undeniably the love they have for each other. So, as we prepared for their South Carolina engagement session, I grew more excited by the day to spend time with them and document their captivating love store.
After Brianna and Jimmy’s first date, I bet they didn’t imagine they’d someday be laughing, kissing, and walking hand in hand on a stunning glowy South Carolina engagement session at Brookgreen Gardens and the beach with their wedding day on the horizon!
Loving, Joyful, playful
As we took their engagement photos, daydreaming about their upcoming “I do’s” and chatting about life, Brianna and Jimmy mentioned they were excitedly looking forward to seeing Spanish moss and having an absolute blast in their photos. Boy, did we ever capture exactly that! From reminiscing on the day Jimmy proposed - which was at the very location we started, Brookgreen Gardens - to kicking water playfully on the beach it was an evening to remember. When it comes to engagement sessions, the most important thing I can do as your photographer is create the images of your dreams that bring your personalities to life, so delivering on these wishes is so rewarding!
