Leah and Chris’s elegant Secrest Arboretum engagement in Wooster, Ohio

When Leah and Chris’s story came through to be entered into the engagement session giveaway I was doing earlier this year; I was drawn to their sweet story. So, as we prepared for their Secrest Arboretum engagement session, I grew more excited by the day to spend time with them.

Leah and Chris were friends for 10 months before they even noticed each other! They got to know each other through their same taste in music. After flirting back and forth, Chris finally pursued on and invited Leah over for dinner. He cooked a fancy meal and watched 2 Disney movies! Definitely made an impression; so much that now these two engaged and planning a beautiful wedding in December 2022.

Flowers, Elegance, Joyful

As we took their engagement photos, chatting all things about their upcoming “I do’s”, coffee, and the beautiful story behind the engagement ring we took the most amazing photos that tell their love story. I mean have you checked out that ring? Leah loves flowers, so curating the perfect ring for her was no small feat. But I think Chris knocked it out of the park! With the prongs being the flower petal and the two diamonds representing the top view of the flower, it’s absolutely stunning.

But let’s be honest: how stunning could the images be with a pair like these two in front of the lens!
