Kristin and Paul’s Rainbow Row and European Vibe Charleston, South Carolina Engagement Session

As a destination engagement photographer, I’ve explored endless stunning locations for photo session. And let’s be honest, I couldn’t ask for more perfect area to search! From Rainbow row to the English vibes of the alleyways, Charleston, South Carolina has it all! But when Kristin told me they would love to explore Charleston, South Carolina for their engagement session; I couldn’t say no. We just had to plan a Charleston, SC Engagement Session. 

The cobblestone roads to the crawling ivy up the exterior of the homes gave the whole European vibes. It gave us all the feels. Even though the temperature wasn’t ideal it still was heavenly. These two braved the high 50’s and wind like champs. But thankfully the sun was shining, so that combined with the love like this was the chef’s kiss of perfection and warmth. 

I also loved the way they dressed that complemented the location. I always advise couples to look up images of their session location beforehand to ensure perfect color choices, and these two definitely chose wisely! Kristin’s gorgeous shade of green dress popped from the stunning colors of Rainbow Row, and Paul’s light tan sweater was the perfect combination with the greenery of the ivy and cobblestone roads. They completed the look!

Finding the perfect spot to take couples’ photos isn’t always easy, but you’d better believe I’ll be planning another Charleston, SC engagement session very soon! Congratulations, Kristin and Paul on your engagement, and I can’t wait to see you two again for your September 2022 wedding. The wedding day is gonna be absolutely a blast and stunning.
