There are so many wonderful wedding venues in Ohio! This Northeast and Columbus wedding photographer has photographed at so many venues and has had great experiences! As many new ones are popping up I hope I have the honor of capturing so many couples big days and starting their new journey as husband and wife. I have been touring new and current wedding venues around the area and wanted to show them off and even give a little special gift to my first couple to have their wedding with me at these venues and future venues on my bucket list.
The Estate at New Albany
This gorgeous elegant venue is based out of just like the name, New Albany Ohio. I toured this close to Columbus Ohio wedding venue last month and boy it doesn’t disappoint when all the plants haven’t grown. There are options for having an indoor ceremony with a separate room for the reception all in one location. You have a beautiful bridal suite and a handsome grooms suite at different locations of the building so you don’t see each other. Both have their own separate full bathroom so you don’t have to go across the hall.
What stood out to me the most about this venue is the cute wood door on the back of the bridal suite. It gives you the option to open right up to the back patio, where you can also have your ceremony space. Also, the staff is awesome! They are so fun and will be there for you in the whole process. I can’t wait for the opportunity to capture some sweet memories here at The Estate at New Albany.
Four Seasons Barn
This four seasons barn is just how its named for how many seasons you can have this barn for your wedding. For FOUR seasons! The one side of the barn can either be an open patio area or be closed up for cocktail hour or whatever you like. Like very sturdy walls and doors when it’s closed up. I was very impressed! There are so many locations outside to have your ceremony space. At least three I can think of! This barn has a grooms suite and bridal suite that are very good distanced apart with their own full bathrooms as well. And very roomy! I’m in LOVE with their bridal suite! As a photographer and a decorator.
1885 Barn
This barn is absolutely beautiful and so unique! I have never seen a barn this shape before. There is such a good history behind it. The whole barn is the original wood and was transferred to its current location in Navarre, Ohio. The owners are absolutely the best! There is a wild flower field close to the barn where you can use the flowers for your florals for the wedding. So awesome, huh?
Now this barn doesn’t have a bridal suite or grooms suite in the barn, BUT there is a fantastic amazing house super close by (you can see it from the barn) that you can stay at! Ya’ll this house is like a DREAM house. It’s so huge and has a swimming pool. A cool feature is for your wedding anniversary you could stay at this huge house, cause it is an air bnb. This venue is definitely a venue I would love to capture love stories at.
Irongate Equestrian Center
Ya’ll, Irongate Equestrian Center is perfect for country elegance! If I could get married again, I would have my wedding here! I got to tour this gorgeous venue while I attended their Open house last month. The staff was wonderful and every level of this place was amazing. It definitely has the epic feel. There are 3 locations for ceremonies to be held at. Then for the reception space you have an open floor plan! It truly allows you to curate your dream wedding. I can’t wait to photograph so many new journeys at Irongate Equestrian Center!
