Bethany and Rob's engagement at Cleveland Art Museaum and Villa Angela Beach was an amazing treat. The weather, the views, the couple! As an Ohio engagement photographer, I've explored many stunning locations for photo sessions. And gonna be honest, I couldn't ask for a more perfect area to search! From the beautiful white marble to the views by the coastal beach has it all! But when Bethany and Rob told me they trusted me with their vision, I knew exactly where to take them for the session of their dreams. It just so happened to line up to where they wanted to explore as well.
Bethany and Rob met back in 2006 and dated for a few months, but then in 2014 they reunited and they have been together ever since. I bet they didn't imagine they'd someday be laughing, kissing, and embracing during a Cleveland engagement session. As we took their engagement photos, daydreaming of what their wedding day could look like, Bethany and Rob mentioned they were excitedly looking forward to seeing fun candids of their love in their photos. And boy, did we ever capture exactly that! The way Rob looks at sweet Bethany it just makes you look at them in awe. When it comes to engagement sessions, the most important thing I can do as your photographer is create images that bring your personalities to life, so delivering on these wishes is so rewarding!

I also loved the way they dressed to complement the location. I always advise couples to look up inspiration images on my blog as well as reach out with what they are thinking and work as a team to create the perfect wardrobe. And these two definitely chose wisely! Rob's grey suit tied into Bethany's beautiful floral dress and their casual outfit complimented the beach. Finding the perfect spot(s) to take couples' photos isn't always easy, but you'd better believe I'll be planning another Cleveland Art Museum and Villa Angela Beach Engagement session very soon! Congratulations, Bethany and Rob on your engagement, and I can't wait to celebrate you two again at your wedding next year!
