All of the things I’ve learned since that first day in 2016—the lighting tricks for when it’s too dark or too bright, the prompts to get a couple to really open up in front of the camera, and the angles to make a bride feel super confident in her body—are tools you can’t learn from a Youtube video or traditional photography course. They’re tricks that only a professional who has worked in this industry for years can share! While the workshops vary in size based on the focus of that particular session, I never host more than ten photographers at one of my workshops. This ensures I can give everyone the one-on-one time I believe is essential for building a style and business that is truly outside the box.
How many participants attend each workshop?
It depends on the theme of the session! I don’t try to broadly cover everything a wedding photographer needs to know in a single workshop because I want you to become an expert in each area of your business. And that takes dedicated time! Throughout the year, I’ll rotate through topics—including flat lays, couples shots, posing, and more—that will increase the value of the experience you bring to your clients.
