One month and a half before session day, I’ll reach out with a questionnaire so we can craft a session that feels uniquely you and caters to the needs of your business. Then, we’ll schedule a call to discuss outfits, props, and any final questions - your strategy call.
04. MAKE THE PLAN
There’s a reason I call these photo parties—that’s what they really feel like! Step in front of the camera for a change as you have a blast taking photos that represent your personality and business. You’ll leave with more than just the promise of a gallery—you’ll leave with a renewed confidence in who you are as a business owner!

Absolutely I do! I understand how many expenses you’re juggling as a business owner, so I want to make revamping your brand imagery as easy on you as possible! To lock in your date, you’ll sign an agreement and pay a 50% retainer. But from there, we’ll divide and space out your payments however you prefer, with the final payment due one week before your session day.
Do you offer payment plans for branding sessions?
Half your time will be in Studio and we’ll work together to choose the perfect second or third spot, but I encourage you to consider locations that exemplify your brand personality or photography niche. So, for wedding photographers, we might head to a nearby venue, or for senior photographers, we’ll head to their favorite campus for a few shots. We’ll also consider ways we can capture behind-the-scenes images of you doing your thang!
Where will my branding session take place?
Don’t worry; I’ll help you pick some props—but we’ll think beyond the typical laptop and coffee mug you’re so used to seeing! We’ll dive into ideas during your discovery & strategy call. We’ll consider props that reflect your work days, your rest days, and your celebration days. This gives you a wide variety of options to work with throughout your site and social media.
What if I’m a service-based business owner without a product to showcase?
Definitely! Stepping in front of the camera can be stressful, and I want to alleviate as much of that as I can. So, I’ll send you a wardrobe selection guide right away that details everything you need to know about picking a great outfit. I provide hair and makeup recommendations, too. And if you want some specific opinions as you narrow down your choices, I’m just an email or text away!
